Our Charities

Kids, Community and Volunteers. Trumbull Hall Troupe runs on the efforts of volunteers. Our goal is to provide fun theatre experiences for our teens and tweens and to contribute to the community with the funds raised by our performances.  When you pay for tickets with a check you can make your check out to the supported charity of your choice. Our charities may vary each year but our core charities are:

Dartmouth Health Children's (formerly CHaD)

As New Hampshire’s only comprehensive, full-service children’s hospital, Dartmouth Health Children's provides an extended system of care that offers advanced pediatric services. CHaD is recognized by the Children’s Hospital Association as a “children’s hospital within a hospital”. CHaD is one of 220 children’s hospitals in the United States providing care specifically focused on children. Fundraising efforts help fund critical services that support CHaD patients and families. These many non-billable services not only help CHaD kids when they are in pediatric intensive care of managing chronic illness, but are also vital to the general wellbeing of children and their futures.

Hartford Community Coalition

HCC is a collaborative group of community members designed to support and promote the wellness of individuals and families. Our vision is for Hartford to be a supportive community where people embrace and achieve their personal, professional, emotional, and physical well-being. Our coalition acts to reduce the stigma and impact of alcohol and drug use, food insecurity and mental health in support of the development of a healthy, safe, and resilient Hartford.

Upper Valley Haven

The Upper Valley Haven serves people struggling with poverty by providing food, shelter, education, service coordination, and other support. Since 1980 the Upper Valley Haven has provided temporary shelter and educational programming for homeless families and adults as well as food to anyone in need. The Haven offers support and fosters independence through four domains of service: Food, Shelter, Education and Problem Solving. The Haven is open 365 days per year and never charges for any of its services. We serve over 11,000 people per year.

The Zienzele Foundation

The Zienzele Foundation mission is to support self reliance for women and children in Zimbabwe. The Zienzele Foundation works in some of the poorest villages in Zimbabwe.  Through basket-weaving and other projects, Zienzele women’s cooperative groups earn money to help support themselves and care for over 1,000 orphans.
